Feta Stuffed Dates- a savory appetizer that’s good for you

Preheat oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Make a small cut lengthwise on the date and remove pit with tip of pairing knife.
In a bowl, mash the feta with the cream cheese and parmesan. Add olive oil and pepper.
Fill the dates with cheese mixture-you may have to use your fingers.
Top with a little piece of walnut, or sliced almond or chopped pistachio.
Bake in a pan brushed with a bit of olive oil for about 10 minutes.
Serve warm-if the get cold they get chewy.
